Justin Seyl CDS, CSP, CAS
Justin grew up in trucking and has spent his career on the defense side of it. He holds Certified Director of Safety, Certified Safety Professional, and Certified Audit Specialist credentials, and has represented drivers and carriers in every category of CSA dispute — from log falsification and HOS violations to post-accident investigations and full DOT audits.
Today he leads citation defense at CDL Consultants, oversees fleet program builds through CDL Manager, and directs compliance operations at CDL 360. He's also the voice behind the Safety Scientist videos that have reached 100,000s drivers across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
